Payment Authorization
By making a payment on the platform, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- The payment details provided are accurate and valid.
- Sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.
RakshaSetu reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of payment failure, suspected fraud, or verification concerns.
Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. In case the payment amount is debited but no confirmation is received, users are advised to contact support immediately.
Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)
For eligible orders, Cash on Delivery may be available. Additional charges may apply. RakshaSetu reserves the right to limit or disable COD services for users with high return rates or policy violations.
COD availability is subject to your delivery location and order eligibility. Check at checkout for availability.
Failed Transactions
In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited:
- Refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days.
- Timelines may vary depending on bank or payment partner policies.
- RakshaSetu is not responsible for delays caused by banking networks or payment gateway systems.
Pricing & Charges
All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned. Platform convenience fees or service charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Fraud Prevention
RakshaSetu reserves the right to verify payments and user details to prevent fraudulent transactions. Orders suspected of misuse, unauthorized payment, or policy violation may be cancelled without prior notice.
Refund Processing
Refunds for cancelled or returned orders (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise specified. Refund timelines may vary depending on payment provider processing cycles.
