Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at the time of checkout before order confirmation. Charges may vary depending on order value, delivery location, and seller terms.
If an order contains multiple products, items may be delivered separately. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays due to logistics, regulatory, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Returns & Exchanges
Return eligibility is clearly mentioned on each product page. To be eligible for a return, products must meet all of the following conditions:
Certain products such as customized, made-to-order, or specific categories may not be eligible for return. International orders may have limited or no return eligibility unless stated otherwise.
After a return request is approved, pickup will be arranged. Refunds will be processed after product inspection and confirmation.
Refunds
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank's policies. Typically, refunds reflect within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
Refunds are initiated only after product inspection is completed and the return is approved.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
RakshaSetu reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of policy violations, verification concerns, or operational limitations.
