This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable rules thereunder, including the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and sets out the Terms of Use governing access and usage of www.rakshasetu.com ("Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by RakshaSetu Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 1st Floor, Ganesh Bhavan, Opp. Salasar Tower Fatak, Bhayander West, Thane – 401101, Maharashtra, India.

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use along with the Privacy Policy and other applicable policies, whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

RakshaSetu operates as a structured verification and authentication platform that connects verified buyers and verified sellers. RakshaSetu does not manufacture, own, store, or directly sell products or services unless explicitly stated.

The Platform functions as an intermediary facilitating identity verification and structured engagement between independent users. All commercial or contractual terms, including pricing, delivery, warranties, returns, and services, are offered by and agreed to directly between the concerned users.

RakshaSetu does not control, determine, advise, or involve itself in the commercial terms agreed upon between users and shall not be responsible for any non-performance, breach of contract, delay, deficiency of service, or disputes arising between users.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and that all information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. RakshaSetu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if false information, fraudulent documents, misuse of RS ID, violation of applicable laws, or breach of these Terms is detected.

Verification and issuance of an RS ID is based solely on the documents and information submitted by users. An RS ID confirms identity authentication only and does not constitute certification of product quality, financial capability, business performance, or legal compliance beyond the scope of verification. RakshaSetu reserves the right to review, suspend, or revoke any RS ID at its sole discretion.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RakshaSetu makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or availability of the Platform or any content therein.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RakshaSetu disclaims all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. RakshaSetu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.

In no event shall RakshaSetu's aggregate liability exceed the service fee, if any, paid by the user in relation to the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, upload forged or unlawful content, attempt to breach security systems, use automated tools without authorization, or engage in activities that violate any applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RakshaSetu, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

RakshaSetu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.

Disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Mumbai.

By continuing to access or use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
